This is to determine whether we adjust the league finances or leave them stock.
For our purposes stock adjustments will include:
Waivers will be extended to 8 days to allow for management changes due to 7 day sim period. Designated for assignment will be left at 10 days.
If you vote for modifying, please post your proposal below.
Since this directly affects game play, this vote will again need 23 of 30 teams voting, and a 75% majority for modifications to be made.
